When placing your order, you understand that we don't do perfect: if you love The Clay Barn Ceramics, you love and embrace those tiny imperfections. The work is as is and is a metaphor for who we are as human beings: flawed!

4-6 weeks if we just started making a new batchPIECES ARE AS IS AND MIGHT CONTAIN OCCASIONAL FLAWS.
If a piece is damaged (cracked or chipped) or broken when it arrives, please contact us within 24 hours with pictures of the box (6 sides exterior) + interior packaging.
We hope you love our work. All Clay Barn Ceramics are made in the Hudson Valley (New York) and will ship from our studio. All sales are final. If you have an issue with your order please contact us info@archfromanthro.com
Orders are final once invoice payment has been made. Please choose carefully, as all of our pieces are made to order. We do not provide refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.
Inspection of all products is required on delivery or if the item is picked-up, same day inspection is expected. Notification of any damages or shortages in performance is required within 48 hours to info@archfromanthro.com. If damages or shortages occur, they will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
We do not pay for or refund returns, however, If a return is agreed upon between both parties, you agree to return the goods in their original condition and original packaging to our studio. If failure to do so and damage is incurred in transit, all costs will be directed to you and payment must be fulfilled within 48 hours from notification.

NO REFUNDS OR EXCHANGES under any circumstance will be accepted for a dissatisfaction with clay, glaze, color, specks, imperfections in the stoneware or glazing technique; the presence of such irregularities and subtle imperfections are evidence of the artisanal nature of our work. This must be accepted before the Sale is processed! By placing an order on our site, you accept the terms and conditions.

SHIPPING POLICY
On acceptance of an order, processing may take up to 5 days. Once packed, we may confirm a general period of shipment or delivery. This is subject to change depending on your destination and any circumstances that are out of the control of Arch Frome Anthro Inc.
Packing may take up to 24-48 hours from the moment you place your order - depending on how busy we are.
Packing is done weekdays from 10am - 4pm, and if we don't get to your order that day, it will be taken care of the following day.
UPS PICK UPS are scheduled on weekdays MONDAYS -FRIDAYS (assuming they show up as scheduled which is not always the case).
